Namun bila cedera terjadi berulang-ulang, dapat menyebabkan pembentukan jaringan parut pada otot jantung orang-orang tertentu. Pada akhirnya ini bisa mengganggu irama jantung.<br \/>Selain itu penelitian lain juga menyebutkan bahwa latihan yang terlalu berat dalam jangka waktu panjang dapat menyebabkan:<br \/>\u2981 Pengapuran arteri koroner<br \/>\u2981 Gangguan fungsi pengisian jantung<br \/>\u2981 Kekakuan dinding pembuluh darah arteri besa<br \/>\u2981 Gangguan produksi hormon, salah satunya yang dihasilkan oleh kelenjar adrenal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dampak Buruk Olahraga Berlebihan dalam Jangka Pendek<br \/>Umumnya dampak buruk jangka pendek akibat olahraga yang berlebihan adalah cedera otot dan sendi maupun gangguan jantung dan pembuluh darah (baik disadari\/ tidak memiliki penyakit jantung).<br \/>Saat seseorang dengan riwayat penyakit jantung berolahraga melebihi kemampuannya, bisa terjadi pelepasan sebagian kecil plak aterosklerosis (tumpukan lemak, kolesterol, kalsium, dan lain-lain yang mempersempit dinding pembuluh darah). Plak kecil yang terlepas ini akan \u2018terbawa\u2019 mengikuti aliran darah, dan akan menyumbat pembuluh darah kecil di bagian ujung serta menyebabkan kerusakan otot jantung. Bila otot jantung yang rusak berjumlah besar, bukan tidak mungkin berakhir pada kematian.<br \/>Kondisi di atas dapat ditemukan pada orang-orang yang sebelumnya fit dan diketahui sehat, namun tiba-tiba mengalami nyeri dada bahkan meninggal dunia saat sedang berolahraga.<br \/>Jadi hindarilah olahraga yang terlalu berat, terutama jika kamu memiliki riwayat penyakit jantung.
